Since purchasing our home in January 2021 we have made many cosmetic updates, BUT the tiny bathroom was put off. I finally decided to knock it out and it only took a weekend for this DIY tiny bathroom makeover!

BEFORE

Our home was a flip and you can tell the owners just used any random fixtures they had :/

The vanity/light was gross and bulky so obviously that had to go!!

DURING

What we did:

1. White Paint (Sherwin Williams Alabaster)

2. New light fixture (shop here)

3. New mirror (similar)

4. Shelves (shop here)

I changed the light fixture myself, here is the YouTube video I watched! I wanted to change the faucet, and successfully removed the old one BUT the new one didn’t fit 🙁 make sure to measure!

$60 Small Coat Closet Makeover DIY

How I gave our small coat closet a makeover that is both cute and functional for our entryway for under $60!

Tiny entry closet -> functional & cute drop spot 👌🏻 I LOVE a nice foyer, but our home just DIDN’T have a grand, jaw-dropping one (or one at all 😂)⁣⁣

Right when you walked through our front door you saw this small coat closet. It had two shelves but not even a bar or hook for coats 😑 ⁣⁣

$60 Small Coat Closet Makeover Steps:

  1. Took off the door (YouTube it, it’s pretty easy)⁣⁣
  2. Painted what wasn’t getting wallpaper⁣⁣
  3. Added removable wallpaper (not fun but cute, $34 Target)⁣⁣
  4. Installed hooks ($15 Amazon)⁣⁣
  5. Bought shoe storage ($10 Amazon)⁣⁣

Optional: storage bin, plant (thanks mom), rug, welcome sign
